How to use the Microblading FineStroke™?
You want to start with a clean & dry surface.
Make sure all 4 tips are touching your brow. Start at the bottom of your brows and stroke upwards. Repeat this moving along your brow, beard or hairline, until you've achieved your desired look.
Then just wait 1-2 minutes for your look to dry. It's as simple as that!
Is the Microblading FineStroke™ for me?
Absolutely! Even if you have full brows and a good hair line, the FineStroke™ is still a great product to help you achieve a more sleek and defined look.
Our Micro-blading FineStroke™ is good for both your daily makeup and special occasions. But it is the perfect solution for those with thin, barely-there or sparse hairs that need filling.
How long does the formula last?
Although the formula is waterproof and smudge proof, daily removal and application is advised. We do have many customers that wear the application for 2-3 days at a time.
How do I know what color is right for me?
To pick a shade that looks natural and blends into your hair, choose a shade that's closest to your brow color. When in doubt, it's always better to go lighter than darker, as a dark shade can make your brows look unnatural.
Our pen is currently available in 5 shades - Black, Grey Brown, Red Brown, Dark Brown and Light Brown.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@finestroke.shop.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to contact us and send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at info@finestroke.shop.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@finestroke.shop. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
